Current Vacancies

Your proven change management and team building experience will be invaluable as you lead a department of 130 staff working over three shifts. From production and labour issues to identifying process improvements and making change happen, you will enjoy a hands-on role that will stretch both your tactical and strategic management abilities. You’ll work from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Leading a team of six, you’ll use your flexographic printing experience and team leadership skills to get involved in all operational aspects from order scheduling and machine maintenance to output reporting. A good knowledge of process printing, colour management/4 colour process and operating an in-line press to print board with a Comco 8 colour in-line printer is essential. Working a rotating shift system (Monday to Friday: 7am to 3pm, 11pm to 7am, 3pm to 11pm), you’ll be comfortable working to tight deadlines and have a self-motivated, ‘can-do’ approach, with a focus on safety and quality.

Use your experience of data maintenance and dealing with Master Data Principles to support the current and new ERP system and enforce our Master Data Policy. This broad-ranging role will see you creating reports, sourcing/transferring data, ensuring compliance and helping managers to retrieve data. Attention to detail, patience and a methodical approach will be key to your success.

CIPD qualified with broad generalist HR experience as well as an understanding of employment legislation and best practice, you’ll provide HR support to all levels of employees, with particular emphasis on learning and development, organising training events and delivering internal training. Practical experience is essential, as are excellent communication and administration skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Due to an expanded product range, we are introducing a new shift system to cater for increased demand. You’ll need a background in plant maintenance and proven experience of maintaining and fault finding on high volume PLC controlled machinery which includes Servos, AC and DC Drives and Motors. A good communicator, you’ll have some flexibility in working hours and enjoy being part of a team.

Put your proven background in mechanical engineering and experience of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to good use as part of our team installing, maintaining, repairing and modifying machinery. Working shifts, you’ll need to be highly motivated with a hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure.

As a key member of the production line you’ll ensure that the right blend of raw materials are fed into the machines, carry out monthly stock checks and keep accurate records of what’s been used. If you’re highly motivated, dedicated and able to work under pressure, we’ll give you all the training you’ll need.

Working from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, you’ll use your excellent numerical abilities, computer literacy (Excel, SQL and databases) and good communication skills to help ensure our production department works at the optimum level. This role will involve liaising across the business to coordinate machine utilisation and labour requirements, raise work orders, organise production dates and maintain production plans.

If you’re a good team player with an eye for detail and plenty of enthusiasm you’ll enjoy this varied role helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy design office. Working four hours per day between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, you’ll get involved in packing samples, recording data, maintaining records and providing general admin support.

You’ll need to be numerate and computer literate as this busy role will see you verifying inventory levels, inputting production data and generating production plans to ensure we maintain stock levels and 100% customer service. You’ll work from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

If you’ve a good mechanical aptitude, commitment and the ability to work under pressure, we’ll give you all the training you need to help with tool changing, trouble shooting and assisting on our production line. 

Your responsibilities will mainly include the picking and loading of orders to be shipped direct to customers throughout the UK and Europe. Receipt of stock per company procedure. Adherence to all company systems and procedures.
On site training will be provided for the successful applicant, commensurate with the challenges and responsibilities this position brings. The successful applicants will be a highly motivated, dedicated and disciplined individual, with a hands-on approach, the ability to work under pressure. A forklift licence would be desirable, although in house training is available. A full driving licence is essential.
Unit 2 – Night Shift: Hours: 23:00 to 07:00 Monday to Friday with ½ hr meal break.
Unit 3 – Rotating Days/Evenings: Hours: 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday with ½ hr meal break.
