From the first spark of an idea, through to concept development, prototyping and production, with the range of expertise we offer, there’s always someone to help get your vision off the ground.
Materials and Processes
We are the only manufacturer in the industry to use such a wide choice of materials ‘all under one roof’!
At our Huntingdon site, we manufacture high quality single-use packaging using paper, PET plastic, clear polystyrene plastic and expanded polystyrene foam. Processes used include injection moulding, thermoforming and printing.
Innovation
Our Innovation team, who are focussed on finding the best materials, processes and designs to suit an application, are able to scope out possible single-use packaging solutions to suit your specific application and need.
Bespoke Design
Where a new shape or design of product is required, the Technical Design team can offer advice and suggestions regarding the best materials and production tooling to use. As your concept is developed, the latest software is used to digitally draw-up and create your concept and prototypes can be made for your evaluation.
Bespoke Branding
If you want to stand out from your competitors then branding is important, but that isn’t to say that you need to reinvent the wheel to differentiate your business. By using high quality printing and embossing techniques, off-the-shelf items can soon be transformed into semi-bespoke, custom branded packaging.
Our Print and Pre-Press department can offer help and advice, regarding how to bring together your corporate identity with interesting imagery and design, to create an image unique to your business.
